ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website (www.ryzzstudio.com), 
submitting an inquiry, or engaging RYZZ Studio 
for any service, you agree to be bound by these 
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must 
not use our website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, 
specifically the laws applicable in the state 
of Rajasthan.

ABOUT US

RYZZ Studio is a full-service creative agency 
providing digital services including branding, 
website development, CGI/3D visuals, performance 
marketing management, and PR & media placements. 
All deliverables are digital in nature.

SERVICES

RYZZ Studio provides services as outlined in 
individual project proposals and service agreements. 
The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing 
for each project are defined in the proposal 
accepted by the client prior to project initiation.

SERVICE ELIGIBILITY

Our services are available to:
- Registered businesses and sole proprietors 
  operating in India or internationally
- Individuals with an active business or brand 
  with a legitimate commercial purpose

We reserve the right to decline service to any 
individual or entity at our sole discretion.

PAYMENTS

All fees are as agreed in the project proposal.
Payment terms:
- A minimum advance of 50% of the total project 
  value is required before project initiation
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion 
  and prior to final file delivery
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, 
  or other methods specified in the invoice

Failure to make payment as agreed may result in 
suspension of work without liability to RYZZ Studio.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless 
otherwise specified.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership 
of final deliverables transfers to the client 
as specified in the project agreement.

RYZZ Studio retains:
- The right to display completed work in its 
  portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials 
  unless expressly restricted in writing by the client
- Ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, 
  and creative explorations not selected by the client
- Full ownership of proprietary processes, 
  templates, and methodologies used in delivery

The client warrants that all materials provided 
to RYZZ Studio (logos, images, content, etc.) 
are owned by them or that they have the legal 
right to use them. RYZZ Studio accepts no 
liability for client-supplied content that 
infringes third-party intellectual property.

REVISIONS

Revision rounds are as specified in the 
individual project proposal. Work beyond 
agreed revision rounds will be billed 
at an additional rate as communicated 
at the time of the request.

PROJECT TIMELINES

RYZZ Studio will make reasonable efforts to 
deliver projects within agreed timelines. 
Timelines are contingent on timely receipt 
of client inputs, approvals, and content. 
Delays caused by the client may result in 
revised delivery dates without penalty to 
RYZZ Studio.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential 
any proprietary information shared during 
the course of the engagement and not to 
disclose it to third parties without 
prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under 
applicable Indian law, RYZZ Studio's 
total liability to the client for any 
claim arising from services provided 
shall not exceed the total fees paid 
by the client for the specific project 
giving rise to the claim.

RYZZ Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
- Delays or failures caused by circumstances 
  beyond our reasonable control

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate a project engagement 
with written notice. In the event of termination:
- Work completed to the date of termination 
  will be invoiced and payment is due
- Advance payments are non-refundable
- Final deliverables will not be released 
  until all outstanding payments are settled

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or 
services provided by RYZZ Studio shall first 
be attempted to be resolved through mutual 
negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to 
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts 
located in Rajasthan, India.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and 
construed in accordance with the laws of India, 
including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, 
the Information Technology Act, 2000, 
and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, 
as applicable.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms 
at any time. Updated terms will be posted 
on this page. Continued use of our services 
following any update constitutes acceptance 
of the revised terms.
