Refund policy

OVERVIEW

RYZZ Studio ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital creative 
services including but not limited to branding, website 
development, CGI/3D visuals, performance marketing, and 
PR & media placements. All services and deliverables are 
entirely digital in nature.

NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are 
final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations 
once a project has been initiated or a service agreement 
has been executed.

This policy applies to:
- Website design and development projects
- Brand identity and logo design
- CGI, 3D renders, and motion content
- Performance marketing setup and management
- PR and media placement services
- Any digital files, assets, or documents delivered

REASON FOR THIS POLICY

Digital deliverables are intangible and non-returnable. 
Once creative work, strategy, or digital assets have been 
delivered or shared — whether in draft, preview, or final 
form — the value has been transferred and cannot be 
reclaimed or reversed.

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection 
(E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology 
Act, 2000 as applicable to digital service providers 
in India.

PROJECT DISPUTES

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage 
you to raise a concern within 7 days of delivery by 
contacting us at contact@ryzzstudio.in. We will review 
the matter in good faith and offer revisions as outlined 
in your project agreement.

Revision rights are governed by the scope defined in 
your individual project proposal or service agreement. 
Revision requests do not constitute grounds for a refund.

CANCELLATION BEFORE PROJECT INITIATION

If a project has been paid for but not yet initiated, 
a cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours 
of payment. Such requests will be reviewed on a 
case-by-case basis. Any approved cancellation will 
be subject to a processing fee of up to 20% of the 
total project value to cover administrative costs.

After 24 hours of payment, no cancellation or refund 
will be processed regardless of project status.
