Shipping policy

DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

RYZZ Studio provides exclusively digital services 
and deliverables. We do not sell or ship any 
physical products.

All project outputs — including but not limited 
to brand identity files, website builds, CGI renders, 
motion content, ad creatives, strategy documents, 
and media placement reports — are delivered digitally 
through one or more of the following methods:

- Email attachment
- Shared cloud storage link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, 
  or similar)
- Direct platform delivery (Shopify admin access, 
  Meta Business Manager, etc.)
- WhatsApp or other agreed communication channel

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Digital delivery timelines are project-specific 
and outlined in each client's individual project 
proposal or service agreement.

Standard reference timelines:
- Website development: 10 business days 
  from receipt of all client inputs
- Brand identity: as per project proposal
- CGI / 3D renders: as per project proposal
- Performance marketing setup: 3–5 business days
- PR & media placements: timeline varies by 
  publication and package selected

Timelines commence from the date all required 
inputs, content, and advance payment have been 
received from the client.

RYZZ Studio is not responsible for delays 
caused by incomplete or delayed client inputs.

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

As all deliverables are digital, no shipping 
charges apply. There are no courier, logistics, 
or handling fees associated with any RYZZ Studio 
service or deliverable.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Upon digital delivery, clients are requested to 
confirm receipt within 48 hours. If no confirmation 
is received, delivery will be considered complete 
and accepted.
